Angel Chocolate Chip Cookies
Tasted like flour. I added 3 tsp. of double strength vanilla and it made no difference. I am only giving it 2 stars because it had the texture I was looking for. Next time around I'll have to doctor it up so much that it'll turn into a new recipe. Sorry.

Yummy Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce
I have to admit, I didn't have Dijon so I improvised. I replaced the Dijon with regular mustard and it turned out to be too much, so I added more lemon and honey. The end result was good!

Chile Verde II
This chile verde is phenomenal! I don't dredge the meat in flour prior to cooking and it comes out great.
