Stuffed Pepper Soup IV
"I'm the best cooker ever!!" My 7 yr old said so, after tasting this soup!! My only change, I used brown rice.

Turkey Brine
Once you brine,you forever will! Turkey sized oven bags come two/box. I use one for the brine bath (then put it inside my picnic cooler)and one to cook. This is easy and the gravy is sooooo good! I even make the veg stock a day in advance (much cheaper than buying).

Emily's Famous Apple Pie
I think it is much better to toss the apples in the sugar/spice/flour mix. This pie ended up with layers of plain apples, and two layers of cinnamon goo. Perhaps with a few slices of butter tossed on top under the crust it would have come out better, but this was not my favorite apple pie.
