SO DARN GOOD!!! However, I didn't have any lemon juice on hand so I had to skip that AND instead of using the spices listed I used Penzey's Greek Seasoning (and dusted lightly with flour as somebody else had suggested). The cooking method was FANTASTIC and my family and I loved the end result. I will definitely make this again the same as I did only add the lemon juice as indicated. ENJOY!!!

Burnt Butter Rice

SUPER delicious & simple. I served this with Greek chicken and thought it was just so good. I'm Ukrainian/German and we eat A LOT of things cooked with browned butter so this was right up my alley. LOVED IT!!!

Bacon Wrapped Hamburgers

I'm giving these a "5" because my husband LOVED them. However, to me these totally tasted like White Castle (especially once I put my American cheese on top). I probably won't make these again unless my husband asks.

Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip

The men at my party loved this, the women thought it was a bit bland. I would probably make it again (I also used cream cheese instead of heavy cream, very good) but would add more garlic and other spices.

Mozzarella and Tomato Appetizer Tray

I threw this together for a Christmas party I had and it was SO good. It only took about 3 minutes to make and EVERYBODY thought it tasted delicious. I will definately make this again- even for a light meal in the summer time. I had bought a jar of roasted red peppers but forgot to put them in and it STILL tasted excellent. Great recipe!
