Aunt Hazel's Apple Oatmeal Cookies
Added a pinch of nutmeg and finely shredded the apples like applesauce. Otherwise made them exactly like the recipe. They were wonderful, moist and delicious.

Mocha Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins
WOW! After reading other reviews I made this recipe with some healthy substitutions. To cut the fat, I used 4 Tbs Margarine and 3/4 cup apple sauce. Instead of white flour, I used whole wheat. Additionally I substituted the sugar with 1 cup of splenda for baking. The muffins came out moist and very sweet. Probably too much splenda, however my sweet tooth enjoyed! Best when hot out of the oven. Thanks for a great recipe!

Holly's Egg and Cheese Bake
flavor was really great, however, mine turned out really soupy- even after cooking longer. Next time I'll try it with out hard boiling the eggs first.
