Basic Curry Sauce
nice and spicy, a little long to make, but in the end is the reward. also if you have a blender and not a food processor, then that works just as well.

Chickpea Curry
i have never made this food before, but i have eaten it a few times. this dish is a pretty good replica of what i eat in the restaurants. for those that dont like it to spicy, let up on ground peper a little.
