Berry Shortbread Dreams
oh boy!! my kinld of cooky! Like others I switched vanilla for almond. Also used margarine instead of butter. I had some raspberries I had picked in the freezer so I smushed some up and added some splenda to use instead of jam. A definate keeper!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie IV
like others, I used a graham cracker crust. I used sugar free pudding and sugar free cookies. Took it to our Thanksgiving gathering. There were about 15 pies there - and this was the only one to completely disappear!! Everyone loved it. Will definately make again.

Too Much Chocolate Cake
I seldom use cake mixes but I wanted some quick and simple and chocolate for a birthday. It did not disappoint! After reading other reviews I cut the oil back to 3/4 cup and I used the mini chocolate chips. I sprinkled powdered sugar on top - glad I did - frosting would have too much. My bundt pan is only 10 cups so I also had enough for 4 cupcakes. Very moist, very yummy!
