Maple Glazed Pork Loin
This was my first roast ever. It turned out very nicely. I substituted soy sauce for the vinegar. That seemed to work well. Tender with a nice maple flavor. I will definitely be making this again.

Cocoa Rum Balls
This is a great recipe. I made it exactly as the recipe called and let them sit for a couple days. They are amazing. Nice consistency and the rum is not overpowering. Only one change and that would be to double the recipe. They're going fast!

Wonderful Raspberry Walnut Dinner Salad
Great salad! I added walnuts to compliment the raspberry walnut dressing. Everyone loved it!
