Double Tomato Bruschetta
This recipe was FANTASTIC.. and SO EASY. I did make a few changes. I added chopped Kalamata olives and substituted freshly grated Parmesan Cheese instead of Mozzarella. I would make this recipe again FOR SURE!

Make Ahead Breakfast Casserole
Worked out really well.. I used fresh mushrooms, and also added broccoli. Seemed you could add most anything. A great, easy recipe!
