Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning
This was pretty good for quick prep time. It took a lot longer to cook, so I cooked for 50 min, than cover with a mix of ketchup and brown sugar and put it back in for another 20-30 minutes. That's when it tasted better. My husband and boys loved it, so that is a good thing. It went great with a side of garlic mashed potatoes !!
