Beer Margaritas
I have made these on, perhaps, too many occassions, but they are outstanding. I keep the ingredients on hand all summer and mix them up quick...my guests are shocked that I just whipped them up. Fabulous! Margie

Poppy Seed Bundt Cake II
This was the most delicious cake I have ever had. Seriously, my daughter made it one afternoon and we ate it all. This nevers happens. It was moist with a crunchy outside. We used a vanilla glaze over it which added a special crunch and flavor. Delicious! Margie and McKenzie

Kosher Salt Encrusted Prime Rib Roast
This is the best prime rib I have ever had. I was very nervous when all the salt was applied to this very expensived piece of meat, but much to my suprise, it was absolutely perfect! My guest raved, while I sat back and accepted their praises gracefully.
