Cheese Sauce
It is great, so easy too. I read the reviews but decided to follow the recipe anyway. I used 8oz Muenster cheese, 2Cup of milk, 2T corn starch. Once the cheese was melted, I put the corn start/milk mix in and it thickened quickly. For those who said the sauce didn't thicken, I wonder it is because of low fat or fat free cheeses.

The Best Garlic Bread
It is great and very easy. The best garlic bread I have made is with this recipe.

Easy Scalloped Potatoes
This was the first time I made scalloped potatoes. I followed the recipe, and it turned out great! The potatoes were tender after 1 hour of cooking. I did mix the milk and flour first before pouring over potatoes. For those who found the potato not done after recipe cooking time, I suspect the reason was the potatoes. Someone told me there are many different kinds of potatoes, and they all require different cooking time. All I use is russet potatoes.
