Tomato-Cream Sauce for Pasta
I really enjoyed this mixed with jumbo shrimp. I added fresh chopped parsley, more garlic, a few splashes of red wine and a can of tomato paste, as I found the tomato flavor a bit subdued. Definitely a keeper.

Baked Ziti I
Excellent! The consistency is great. The sour cream and the provolone are the kickers.

Marinara Sauce I
Quartering the tomatoes so that they melt into the sauce is an improvement, but this is an excellent sauce.
