Hamburger Steak with Onions and Gravy
Really Good! Prepared recipe exactly as written but used only one tablespoon of flour. I will defenitely make this again. Would also be good with some fresh mushrooms and a little chopped fresh parsley to finish!

WOW! this is an amazingly simple and delicious recipe. Prepare it exactly as written you won't be disappointed. I used Panko bread crumbs for extra crunch. Thanks for a real keeper.

Jagerschnitzel
Came out really delicious. I was skeptical about mixing bread crumbs(I used Panko), flour and spices in one step but it works. I also sustituted the water for 1/2 can of German beer it gave the sauce more depth of flavor. Thanks for a winner.
