I think these had a lot of potential but mine turned out dry. Next time I might use applesauce as another reviewer suggested.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

The recipe is excellent as written. The next time around (they are that good) I added more sale, more baking powder and baking sode (as suggested my other reviewers) and even though I didn't think it possible I like them even better. People rave about these cookies---and they freeze well too!

Strawberry Angel Food Dessert

I'm not usually fond of any kind of fruit being in a cake but this was outstanding. Everyone I've served it to--even the pickiest of eaters--also love it. I followed the recipe as listed and it was very moist---I'll continue to make this over and over again.

Mouse's Macaroni and Cheese

This was delicious. For those who are having this recipe turn out a bit soupy---the key is cooking the cheese sauce a bit longer. Followed the recipe as provided and it turned out excellent.
