Smothered Pork Chops
My pork chops came out so tough and dry! I added more of the browning sauce, garlic, salt and pepper an still found the gravy to be bland. Maybe a good starting point for a nice pork recipe but it definitely needs some tweaking!

Saltine Toffee Cookies
I don't think I have ever given 5 stars on any AllRecipe....until now. These are amazing!!! They are simple (don't even bother stirring!), quick, cheap and easy to customize. The taste is Heath Bar Gourmet. I am putting them in cello bags for teacher gifts....if I can keep them out of my evil clutches first!!

Chicken Piccata II
Once again, a five-star recipe that is....good. The taste is quite good but the breading needs help. I suggest skipping the breading altogether and simmering the pounded breasts in the juice of a lemon, a 1/2 cup of chicken broth, a splash of white wine and adding a few minced cloves of garlic. Towards the ends of the cooking time (20 minutes) add a tablespoon of capers in juice. Thicken to a sauce consistency and pour over.
