My first Thanksgiving Turkey- Nov 05. It was a Wolfgang Puck recipe and it came out fantastic!!! I've never tasted a better turkey!!!

Miso Soup
the kids loved it! a great addition to make a full meal with beef and broccli, and eggrolls. Yum!

Mexican Rice III
My husband (who is quite the critic when there are more than a couple of ingredients) couldn't get enough. It was a big hit.

Chicken Taquitos
It took me a couple of tries to figure out that I needed to "loosen up" my tortillas before rolling them (the kept breaking!!) I wrapped them in a damp paper towel and popped them into the microwave for about 30 seconds and that made them much easier to work with. Kids loved them! Thought I had made too many and it turns out- I didn't make enough!!
