Fried Zucchini
I loved this recipe. I used a combination of Zucchini, Yellow squash & Vidalia onion. Wonderful :)

Southern-Style Meat Sauce

Chocolate Trifle
This was the best recipe! It tasted like you spent hours in the kitchen but it really didn't take long at all. I took it to a church dinner. Someone had taken a spoon and gotten EVERY drop off of the sides of the trifle bowl! Thanks for such a great recipe.
