Brazilian White Rice
This was excellent! We made it exactly as written and thought it had a wonderful flavor. We'll definitely make it again. We had it with the baked orange roughy with veggies (also on allrecipes) and the two were terrific together.

Serbian Ground Beef, Veggie, and Potato Bake
This couldn't have been easier to make and we had all the ingredients in our fridge and pantry. What an excellent combination of flavors! It was sweet and spicy and smelled heavenly as it baked. We loved this recipe and will definitely make it again. As other reviewers have stated, more potatoes are a must; we will double or maybe triple them next time. Thanks for an excellent dinner!

Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup
This was an excellent fall meal. Easy to prepare and easy to personalize if you choose. We followed a few of the suggestions of other reviewers: 1) pureed the potato mixture before adding mushrooms, 2) used a mix of portabella and button mushrooms 3) added sour cream after tasting the original (this wasn't necessary...it was delicious both ways and didn't seem to alter the flavor that much). We also used fat free half and half and it was still thick, creamy and delicious...we let it simmer for about 20 minutes before eating. I will definitely make this again. (And my husband wrinkled his nose at the amount of dill when it was added, but agreed that it gave the soup an excellent, rich flavor once it was finished.) Great recipe!
