Ultimate Breakfast Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2008
Great, always get compliments! I made the following changes: -8 oz of sour cream -2 cups of cheddar cheese -2 packages of brown and serve sausage -country style hash browns -5-6 eggs -one sleeve of ritz crackers mixed with 1/4 cup of melted butter and sprinkled on top of casserole for a nice crust ****if you make the night b4, refrig. and add ritz/butter combo right before you put in oven****

Great pancakes, batter saves well in the fridge for a couple of days. These are very easy to make and my daughter and husband love them.

Buttermilk Pancakes II

These pancakes are very light and fluffy, and they are good. However, the middle of the pancake reminds me more of a german pancake taste and texture. Buttermilk pancakes I is also good and is more consistent with a traditional buttermilk pancake.

Peanut Butter Balls III

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2004
Very Good recipe. Guests thought the chocolate was a little rich, I think next time I'll try milk chocolate chips. Adding extra peanut butter is a good idea. And I think adding 2 tablespoons of shortening to the chocolate makes it a thinner layer of chocolate.
