Things with short prep time and tasty treats. Mom cooked a lot of chicken dishes, so I have a lot of experience with Chicken recipes. Baked Alaska, made it once last year, turned out great, but didn't think it was worth all the time. Now I see why you may only make it once or twice in your lifetime. In Canada, I was frying fresh fish in a 2 foot wide pan and I dropped the pan, spilled out some of the fish, but there was still plenty to feed the family. Good thing b/c it was our last batch of fish to cook, my brother and dad would have had to go fishing.
