I was a senior in high school and made clam chowder for the first time. Well I made the mistake of using condensed milk instead of evaporated milk... ugh!

Garlic Potatoes and Ham
Very yummy and a quick dinner. I didn't have the garlic soup mix (thought I did) so I substituted with Golden Onion soup mix, added minced garlic and at the very end sprinkled with a little feta cheese. Yummy. Will make this one again.

Chocolate Chip Pecan Pie
Yummy! True it is VERY rich, so you cut 16 slices and get to enjoy it that much longer. I had a similar pie at a national chain restaurant, and this pie is every bit as good. This recipe is a keeper.
