My cooking tragedies
I once managed to melt chocolate chip cookies.

Traditional White Bread
I made this bread last night and it turned out great. I used butter instead of lard, and all-purpose flour instead of bread flour, but I had no problems at all, and the taste is awesome. All in all this recipe is very easy to make and the taste lives up to the expectation.

Beef Stew VI
I love this stew! I tried several recipes trying to find one that resembled a stew I remember from when I was a kid, and this one was *exactly* what I was looking for! Very easy to make, and the flavors are wonderful. The only change I made was I used flour instead of cornstarch to thicken the stew because I like that consistency better, but I don't think it changed the flavor any.

Breakfast Kolaches
I used the bread from this recipe to make Pigs in a Blanket and it was so yummy. I also used the bread by itself and made dinner rolls, just brush a little honey butter over the top and you're good to go.
