I ran out of Bisquick this morning and went to Allrecipes and searched "easy pancakes" and this recipe came up. It was easy and "the best " according to my teenage boys. I mixed it by had in a bowl because a blender is too noisy at our house in the morning! I have saved it to "My Recipe Box". No more Bisquick pancakes in our house!
