Sopapilla Cheesecake Dessert

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2009
Wow I made this to use up leftover cream cheese and crescent rolls from christmas and boy am I glad I did! It was AWESOME! I left out the almonds since I didn't have any on hand. I served it warm and drizzled with honey on it and everyone raved about how wonderful it was- no leftovers!

Vanilla and Chocolate Delight

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2009
This is my standby quick and easy dessert. I have even started making it with Splenda rather than powdered sugar, SF puddings and lite whipped topping since my brother-in-law is diabetic and I figured the rest of us could probably stand to miss out on a bit of sugar. I've kept the changes a secret though and my family gobbles it up as usual with nothing but praise!

I make this turkey for Thanksgiving & Christmas every year and it always turns out fantastic. I do cook it inside a turkey bag and it always turns out moist and juicy with wonderful flavors that compliment every traditional holiday dish!

Baked Zucchini Chips

Reviewed: May 18, 2007
My family enjoyed these very much- I had only plain breadcrumbs on hand so I seasoned them up with extra parmesan, old bay, garlic powder and seasoned salt. My two year old daughter could not get enough of them! We all enjoyed them dipped in a bit of ranch dressing.

The Best Meatloaf

We're not big meatloaf eaters but this is great! We used Heinz 57, liberally, and this is very tasty. Served with some green beans a great salad and some garlic bread this is one of our favorite meals.
