I'm a special education teacher and my husband and I both love to cook. We have a two year old daughter who loves to try new foods that cook! I love to entertain- I'll cook for people any chance I get. I love making stuffed mushrooms, pasta dishes, pizza, enchiladas and salsa. I love experimenting with new recipes. I'm also known for my cookies... My grandmother loved food and was always looking forward to what to cook next. My mom always feed lots of people at her busy household and is a master of coming up with a full meal even when the cupboards seem empty! I make cookies for the county fair cookout every year and people go to all kinds of lengths to hoard them! A few times I have had to many irons in the fire quite literally and scorched some things like garlic toasts and a few side dishes... I'm really good disarming the screaming smoke detector in just a few seconds!
