Currently living in Atlanta with a full time job that keeps me busy and tired out by the time I get home. I love to bake breads! Even though it's hard, great homemade bread is worth all the time spent. My nanny always made this tuna spaghetti that I love, she put in bay leaves and green olives.... yummy. I came up with my first original dish (Pesto Turkey Lasagna). The first time I made tofu/mushroom ravioli from a vegetarian cookbook I picked up didn't exactly turn out so well. My friends took one bite and opted for the frozen corn dogs in the freezer instead! It was awful.
