My nanny always made this tuna spaghetti that I love, she put in bay leaves and green olives.... yummy.

I came up with my first original dish (Pesto Turkey Lasagna).
My cooking tragedies
The first time I made tofu/mushroom ravioli from a vegetarian cookbook I picked up didn't exactly turn out so well. My friends took one bite and opted for the frozen corn dogs in the freezer instead! It was awful.

Crustless Spinach Quiche
yummy! I used mushrooms, frozen carrots/onion/celery mix, and frozen spinach. Also used only 1 1/2 cups of cheese and no salt as the cheese was salty enough. These are perfect when made in a muffin pan!

Lebanese-Style Red Lentil Soup
subbed chicken bouillon and water but other than that followed to a T. this was so great and did not need to add a thing (not even salt)
