Crustless Cranberry Pie

Excellent! I doubled this recipe and made it in a 13x9 pan, which worked out fine. I also reduced the amount of cranberries, added in just a touch more sugar, and added a struesel topping so I would get a coffee cake type result. It was super yummy, moist and delicious! I got huge compliments from all my coworkers. Will definitely be a keeper. Thanks!

Classic Greek Spinach

Very good - excellent flavor. I read the reviews before making and am glad I reduced oil down to 1/4 cup. It would have been waaayyy too oily with a whole cup. In fact, next time, I will probably only use about a tablespoon, as it was still a little bit oily for my taste. Otherwise, a wonderful recipe. Will definitely use again. Thanks!

Very good. I did this under the broiler rather than on a grill. Flavor was very good, but some of the meat was a little dry. Not all, though - perhaps those pieces were just too small. Will definitely make again. Thanks!

Tomato Enchilada Bake

This is a good base recipe, but needs a little tinkering, I think. It was pretty easy to make and certainly tasted fine, but was fairly bland. When I make it again, I will experiment with the seasonings to see if I can kick it up a notch! Still, a good, solid easy recipe. Thanks!

Blueberry Crumb Bars

Excellent recipe. Very quick and easy to make and extremely tasty. Everyone at the office loved it. I patted the top layer on to make it as much like a top dough as possible, rather than "crumb" and sprinkled sugar over the top before baking. This gave it that crisp sugary crust like you get on bakery muffins - it worked out very well. Will definitely make again - can't wait to try another type of berry. Thanks!

Chicken Rotini Stovetop Casserole

I thought this was only okay. It's kind of a lot of chopping and grating and busy work, and the end result is just so-so. An acceptable dinner, but nothing very exciting. My family found the flavor to be pretty bland. Will not be making again. Sorry!

Beth's Orange Cookies

Another winner from Beth! These cookies are unique and tasty. Great orange flavor (I used orange oil instead of zest). The texture is very light and fluffy; a nice change from all the heavy cookies out there. The frosting worked out perfectly for me, those who are running short must really be piling it on.

Barbecue Beef Cups

I made these with spaghetti sauce and mozzarella cheese instead of BBQ. I thought they were good - a lot like a pizza cup. Surprisingly, my boyfriend's 13 year old son didn't like them, but he is the World's Pickiest Eater. I will make these again!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Finding the perfect sugar cookie recipe is turning out to be tough. The last one I tried tasted awesome, but was impossible to work with. This one was the opposite - great to work with - rolled out smooth, stayed together, easy to cut out and the end result had a decently tender texture - but the taste was incredibly bland. Really, there was no taste to speak of. Didn't taste sweet, or buttery, or even of vanilla. Just kinda... no taste. So, I'm still on the hunt for the perfect recipe. Sorry!

Mozzarella Chicken

Excellent! This is very tasty, pretty easy to make and quick cooking. Very yummy and even kinda sophisticated seeming. The only problem I had was finding all the toothpicks afterwards to pull them out. Next time I may try something different. But I will definitely be doing this one again. Thanks!
