Chicken Salad Panini

This can really go either way. the first time I made it, it turned out great. I used French Bread instead of White bread and I think I used a little less apple for fear I wouldn't like it (I also don't like pecans, so they werwe left out entirly). This last time, I used white bread and a little more apple and I wasn't as big of a fan. I will def make again, just less apple and I will probably go back to the french bread.

Blueberry Cream Muffins

Fabulous! I did it exactly as stated. I did use blueberries from a blueberry bush instead of store-bought so they were a little larger than usual. but still AWESOME!!! I had everything already in the house so it was great to not have to go out and buy anything extra.

BLAND.. I love Mashed Potatoes, I love sauteed onions, I even like lasagna noodles. but this recipe was VERY BLAND. definitely needed a lot of something.

Not bad! I did cook in some diced onions with the beef. and I only made 2 servings to everything was small portions. but great for something to throw together.

I'm sure this would have been fabulous if I would have used reg spaghetti sauce. I used Itialian Sausage by accident and all I could taste was sausage. but is def a do over.

it wasn't BAD... but I am use to a lot of flavor on my grilled cheese. I know odd. but I am sure if you added a little all season salt to each side it would be a lot better.

Garlic-Lemon Double Stuffed Chicken

AWESOME!! I did use some of the other suggestions to use less Cream Cheese, Parmesan instead of Romano and sliced the chicken to be able to roll instead of just sandwich. Also used a little more Lemon juice. it was VERY Tasty. will be adding to my own recipe box to do often.

I thought it was just a little peppery. I wold probably use a little less Cayenne next time. Also, I added garlic powder but will use garlic salt next time. definitly a good base to modify to your own liking. Would cook again.

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken

VERY good. I was afraid after reading some of the reviews. I thought it turned out really well. I did mix the honey and mustard first and I did put the bacon on top and bake for 5 min before putting the mozzarella on top from some of the suggestions. My husband and his buddy were my guinea pigs and they gave it a thumbs up. both of them are great cooks and have very good taste.

Impressed Myself Chicken

My husband and anyone I have ever made this for LOVES this. I just sprinkle the garlic salt and pepper on the chicken once it's all made up. I also do smaller chicken portions. but it's still AWESOME!!! My mother-in-law said it looked like something you would make for the president. haha... it did turn out really pretty too. and I make chicken gravy with it, which my husband doesn't eat it with it, but i think it's better because it makes it more juicy.. a MUST try!!!
