I have never been much of a cook, but I like trying new things and have been experimenting much more lately. I work for a software company. I am a new mother and enjoy spending time with my son and husband. I love the outdoors and warm weather.

I can't even get hamburger helper right... I seem to do better with recipes I can play with a little. I have really accomplished makes a few things I can call really good over the past year or so.

Like I said, bad with most box items... it's really a very sad thing.

Baked Ziti I
this recipe was good. but maybe some spices would have made it a little better. It was really simple though and I really had no complates from the family.

Chicken Salad Panini
This can really go either way. the first time I made it, it turned out great. I used French Bread instead of White bread and I think I used a little less apple for fear I wouldn't like it (I also don't like pecans, so they werwe left out entirly). This last time, I used white bread and a little more apple and I wasn't as big of a fan. I will def make again, just less apple and I will probably go back to the french bread.
