I have never been much of a cook, but I like trying new things and have been experimenting much more lately. I work for a software company. I am a new mother and enjoy spending time with my son and husband. I love the outdoors and warm weather. Impressed Myself Chicken, Fried Rice, Enchiladas, Spaghetti... Don't really have any I can't even get hamburger helper right... I seem to do better with recipes I can play with a little. I have really accomplished makes a few things I can call really good over the past year or so. Like I said, bad with most box items... it's really a very sad thing.
