Garden Fresh Tomato Soup

This was yummy. I followed the directions really closely. I did add some chopped frsh basil and half&half. I will have to modify it a little next time so that it will be to my children's liking. They LOVE the canned tomato soup.

Yummy! I added some vanilla and 1 cup of blueberries. They didn't get as fluffy as the ones in the photos-but I will be trying these again.

Pasta with Tomato and Bacon

Love this! My 3 year old loved it too. I added some more stewed tomatoes because it looked like it needed more. In the end it would have been fine with the original amount-but it still turned out great. I added some leftover hamburger too.

Baked Salmon II

Really good! So easy. I did not reduce the amount of oil-but when I put the Salmon in the tin foil I did not put all the oil in. I will make this again!

These cookies are wonderful! Just enough peanut butter taste, melty chocolate chunks, and the perfect size. I did cook them a couple minutes longer because I like crunchier cookies!

Baked Dijon Salmon

This was wonderful, beautiful, and easy. I had a large fillet of fresh caught Salmon, so I put the mustard and seasonings on the entire thing. I baked it for about 30 minutes. I will save this recipe for the rest of the Salmon that is in the freezer!

Tex-Mex Turkey Soup

I loved this soup! I was in the mood for something different and this was it! It had a little spicyness, but not too much-my 3 year old ate some! I will save this recipe for next year. It was easy to make too.

This was wonderful and so easy. Next time I will not add as much water because I would prefer a thicker gravy. The pork steaks I used seemed rather large, so I only used 3. I will make this again! Thanks!

Irish Ginger Snaps

These cookies were very yummy. I increased the amount of spices to 1 1/2 teaspoons of each. I also used a glass to squish them down just a bit. They did bake for 10 minutes and turned out perfect. Thanks to other reviewers for ideas. I will be making these again!

Cream Cheese Penguins

Awesome! Easy to make once you get the pattern down. These were the hit of the party. They were even featured in the monthly newsletter as "the cutest food ever!" Worth every minute of making them.I used ice cube trays to transport them. I made them the day before and they stayed fresh.
