I am a retired minister now filling my days as day care provider and home school teacher for my 5 year old granddaughter Mykaela. Deserts mostly, but I enjoy fixing old fashioned meals like meatloaf and chicken and dumplings for my family's enjoyment. Our family has always spent the day before every holiday baking/cooking treats for friends and family..then onthe holiday delivering them to our loved ones. I created an bacon/egg/cheese/potato cassarole dish that my family absolutely loves. My souffle,mouse and pie crusts are what horror movies are made of.
