Hey all Im Dodger and Im a professional dog trainer. My wife and I own and operate Divine K-9 Inc. www.divinek-9.com and we own 5 awesome dogs ranging from 8 months to 9 years. I love to cook for my friends and family and I concider myself a cupboard cook. I love cooking whatever is on hand. I always try to make healthy well rounded meals that combine flavors, textures and colors. My Chrismas standing rib roast always gets a good satisfied "burp" When my friends and family sigh a sigh of gratification I feel triumphant! I cant remember them all but they have happened. but I have this to say, you cant learn with out making some mistakes. Im a perfectionist in the kitchen and when it doesnt work out just right I have been told that I can be a brat and really show my true chef colors ;)
