Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
I gave this recipe 4 stars instead of 5, because as is, it is a bit too sweet. Next time I make this, I think I will reduce the sugar by somewhere between 1/2 a cup and 1 cup. With the sweetness reduced, I think that this would deserve 5 stars.

Easy and Elegant Pork Tenderloin
It was good, but the breading came out a little more moist that I like. I like my breading to be a little dry and crisp.

Clone of a Cinnabon
The only reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the interior was underdone. If I had let it stay in the oven long enough for the interior to finish, the tops would have burned. Next time I will bake @ 350 or 375 for about 20 minutes instead. Then it will be a 5 star recipe.
