quick, easy, and delicious. My kids had fun putting frosting and sprinkles on them. These are definitely better NOT golden brown. I like them *just* cooked.

This was my first cheesecake. It turned out better than I hoped! The texture is wonderful and it tastes heavenly. The only problem I encountered was a cracking top....even after I followed the instructions. I might read some of the reviews and cheesecake tips to see if I can prevent it from happening next time. But I will definitely use this recipe over and over!!! It's nice to find the perfect recipe on the first try!
