I have my great great great grandmas recipe and I have never had a better stew! I did make a few modern day changes but it still tastes the same as the frist time I had it. I love to bake cookies to. All kinds! Well my "new fanily" tradition started the year I was with my husband and I met his family. We had Thanksgiving dinner and I made Sweet potato pie (great grandmas recipe) and that was the first time anyone had it. Now I have to make it every year! I made a few authentic greek recipes and I was very happy with the results! I started to baked a very nice cake for my oldest birthday. I had the timer on and I check on it a few times 2 min after I checked it for the last time It burned BAD! I have no idea how it happen but I had to remake everything! The party was late. I haven't baked a cake since.
