Cajun Ponchartrain Sauce

This was excellent. I did not have whipping cream or madeira on hand, but subbed 1% milk and cream sherry (after an internet search for subs for Madeira). I added 1 tsp of cornstarch to thicken the roux. This was the perfect topper for the Blackened Tuna Steak recipe from this site. Will make again!

This was excellent. I did not have whipping cream or madeira on hand, but subbed 1% milk and cream sherry (after an internet search for subs for Madeira). Honey Glazed Pork Tenderloin

This was incredibly good and simple. Pork was tender perfect and excellent flavor. Followed recipe sauce exactly but only made one 1# tenderloin. Used extra sauce to flavor a brown rice/veggie stir fry to go with! P.S. My sesame oil was called "Hot" - had a little bite, but good!

Marinated Baked Pork Chops

Very good recipe! As others recommended, increased the marinade, added fresh chopped garlic and marinated in half the sauce prior to baking. Used Splenda brown sugar. Excellent results. Will make again!

Fabulous Fried Cabbage

Very good recipe. Made exactly as stated and my husband loved it (even though he is used to southern style with bacon grease). Next time I will try without the butter to see if it is as good-even lass fat!

Spinach and Rice Alfredo

This is a very good combo and way to use fresh spinach. I h!ad some cream and a bag of spinach that were about to expire and stmbled across this little gem of a recipe. My husband was not too fond, as he is not a spinach lover, but I thought it was great
