It's Chili by George!!
Used petite diced tomatoes (28 oz) and 2 cans of tomato paste in addition to the tomato juice. Made it a little thicker and more substantial

High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast
This recipe is excellent. I have prepared prime rib in a similar manner, but did not realize it would work with a cheaper cut of meat. My family LOVED this! Season to taste- garlic, etc, as other have suggested. Leftovers are even better!

Beef Stroganoff III
Very good. I cheated a little. Had some leftover grilled sirloin steak. Sliced that up and shortened the cook time. No green onion so used sweet onion instead. Otherwise followed the basic instructions. Turned out well. Hubby had seconds, so I gave it a 5!
