Old Settlers' Baked Beans
Bottom line, strangers from the potluck were seeking me out to compliment my beans! I am not a baked bean fan myself, but a friend made these beans at a potluck and everyone raved (I didn't try them, I only heard about the raves afterward). So I got the recipe and made them for a 40-person potluck party. I fried the hamburger and onion together (less onion than recipe called for). I fried the bacon separate. Then I followed the recipe exactly, but put it all together in a crockpot and refrigerated over night. The next morning, I fired up the crock pot on high for the first three hours, then low, then warm. I have NEVER had SO MANY people raving about a dish before!!! For this amount of people, I tripled the ingredients (but the meats I only doubled and only used one whole medium onion).

Craig's Cocktail Sauce
Awesome! It wasn't until 20 minutes before dinner, I grabbed the bottle of cocktail sauce out of the fridge and saw there was only a couple of tablespoons in the bottle. I jumped online, saw this recipe, saw that I had all of the ingredients (although my bottled lemon juice was expired!). I mixed it all up anyway. Wasn't sure what constitutes Hot Pepper Sauce, so I used Crystal Hot Sauce. It was so good, I didn't want to mix it with the store bought stuff. I recalculated the recipe for 2 servings which made about 1/2 of a standard bottle.

Fried Rice Restaurant Style
This was so easy and delicious! Many reviewers say not to leave out the sesame oil which I undersand is very potent ... what would be a sufficient measure for this recipe?
