Baked Ziti IV
Easy - nice recipe - wouldn't use cottage cheese again though (like ricotta much better). Agreed with one review - combine the cheeses, and combine the pasta with sauce (easier to make this way).

Love this receipe - also like using it for quesadilla's!

Smashed Cauliflower
Great recipe! I only used 1/2 the broth and drained some of the excess. I added sour cream to the recipe and used my hand held pureer to mash it. Will definately use this again!
