Simple Turkey Chili
Great recipe - I use it all the time. It can be a little watery (depending on what type of crushed tomoatoes I use) - but I added in some elbow macaroni which made it even hardier.

Baked Ziti IV
Easy - nice recipe - wouldn't use cottage cheese again though (like ricotta much better). Agreed with one review - combine the cheeses, and combine the pasta with sauce (easier to make this way).
