Loved this recipe!!!! Although I did make some changes... Used fresh strawberries instead of frozen and because I didn't think I would have enough strawberries, I also added some blueberries to the cake. This is a very easy recipe and has a lot of flavor...although I liked the parts with the strawberries better than the blueberries. Thanks Sue for this great recipe!!!

Hey, these are pretty good. I used a little more than 1/2 the sugar sub, because I used the Splenda sugar blend for baking. The diabetics in my family are going to like these:)

I've made this twice, once with mango's that were a little bland (turned out great). Then the second time was with mango's that had a lot of taste....(turned out horrible). This was a very good recipe with the bland mango's, so I will give it 5 stars.
