Double Tomato Bruschetta
This is a great recipe-- I don't eat garlic so I didn't use that, but I have a great suggestion that makes this easy and great for parties. Make this with out the bread in a shallow baking dish. Toast your bread and set it in a basket beside the bruschetta that way it doesn't take up as much room and the bread doesn't get soggy you can pop it in the microwave whenever you need to warm it up.....
