Black Bean And Corn Salad II
This recipe is terrific. I used 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, added more garlic, and when I had finished, I mixed some of the salad with a little fat-free plain yogurt and put it in burritos. This is worth a try! Gives it a smooth, creamy taste without drowning anything out.
