Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

I have pretty eclectic tastes yet I found this recipe to be a little too weird. I don't think the two flavors and textures compliment each other very well.

Black Bean And Corn Salad II

This recipe is terrific. I used 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, added more garlic, and when I had finished, I mixed some of the salad with a little fat-free plain yogurt and put it in burritos. This is worth a try! Gives it a smooth, creamy taste without drowning anything out.

Baked Garlic

I chose to use butter and salt with this recipe, and I also added fresh rosemary, which gives it a nice kick. It's a delicious snack, good alone or on crusty bread.
