My name is Eric Burton, and I reside here in Texas. I been here since I was 12 years old, but I still call California my home. I have been married for over 7 years now and loveing each and everyday. I have three children here Keegan (7 years old), and Shaylah (5 years old)and Quinlan (2 years old). I have been cooking since I can remember, my mother always told me if I wanted to eat I need to make it. I love cooking and making people happy. That is what I do in a way. I am a manager for Dariy Queen in my home town, but in the future I want to own my restaurant!

Sweets, baking is my forte, but other then that I dwell in anything that gives me a challange!
My favorite family cooking traditions
Well it used just to be me in the kitchen, but now I have been showing my lovely wife and kiddos how to cook and to be safe in the kitchen, and yes it is hard because I get jelious when their meals turn out really good, but the smile on my face melts that jeliously like butter in the pan and we devour it all together.
My cooking triumphs
I made my own recipie and will use it in my own restaurant when I am able to get the funds to open it. I have not been let down on the taste, but hey I know I will get one one day and I will be ready!!
My cooking tragedies
Rushing to make something, at any point and any time, remember you have to have a plan of action and cannot rush into it without knowing everything, because when you do that and it does not come out, how are you going to feed a family of 12 or a boss, or girlfriend!
