These cookies weren't as good as I thought they'd be. I followed recipe exactly. They were very flat. I won't be making these again.

Old-Fashioned Vanilla Pudding

Excellent! I didn't have any cornstarch on hand, so I used 2 tablespoons of flour instead. It still turned out great! I filled pre-baked tart shells with it and added fresh strawberries on top. Yum!

Excellent recipe. Tasted really good. I might add a bit of seasoning next time but definately a keeper.

J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits

These were simple to make.I followed recipe exactly but didn't get huge biscuits. They tasted good though. However, next time I will let the dough refrigerate to see if I can get them to rise bigger.

I doubled this recipe and it turned out great. I also added 1 TBSP cheese whiz to potato/cheese mixture, and sprinkled a bit of grated cheddar on top before baking. They were really good and I will make again.
