Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
1/2 C. peanut butter sounded a bit skimpy to me. so, especially after reading reviews, I decided to add 1 C. peanut butter and decrease flour by 1/2 C. I also decreased cook time to 10 minutes after the first tray came out too dark. They came out chewy and peanutbuttery! Yum!

Pumpkin Seed Cream Sauce
I was really excited about this recipe. I replaced the chicken stock with vegetable stock (vegetarian :-)) and that worked out ok. However, I didn't like the texture. Too many seed bits. Perhaps the food processor didn't get it smooth enough. Was I supposed to toast the seeds before hand?

Pumpkin-Pecan Cake Roll
I look forward to making pumpkin rolls every fall. The pecans we're a wonderful addition. I would use fifty percent more, if not double the amount of frosting called for in this recipe.
