Gourmet Mushroom Risotto
The only bad part was all the stirring, but the recipe was very easy. I made it about 45 minutes ahead of time and put it in the warming drawer and it held great. I did cut back on the mushrooms because it did seem like alot, however I would not have mined a few more. Very Tasty.

Best Hot Crab Dip
Very good, the only bad part was that everyone kept asking if it was crab or artichoke dip. The worst part was that I used a really good can of jumbo lump crab, so next time I think I would just cut back on the artichoke. The recipe made a huge amount which was great. I just wanted it to taste more like crab.

Jezebel Sauce
Love this recipe. I keep it in the fridge all the time, it will last for months. I use it on Fish, pork (my favorite) chicken and even brie.
