Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies I

Just whipped up a batch. I also added 1 tsp of vanilla, and used 1/2 cup shortening and 1/2 cup butter. Delicious!!

This lasagna was very good without a doubt. I used the lasagna noodles you don't have to cook before assembling. The sauce was terrific and it's probably the best lasagna I've ever made, although I don't know if it's the best lasagna I've ever eaten. It does make plenty of sauce, and I would definitely make the sauce again.

Rempel Family Meatloaf

Yummo! This is easily the best meatloaf recipe I've ever made! I didn't have cheese crackers, but used another type, and I didn't have onion soup mix, but used onions and onion powder. I also put a glaze of ketchup, honey, and worcestershire sauce. It was delicious and my dear hubby loved it also!!! Will definitely make this again!

Eileen's Meatloaf

Yummo!! This was fantastic. I made a few minor changes, only because I didn't have all the ingredients and it still turned out wonderfully. I omitted the egg (didn't have any in the house, used 1/2 cup sour cream, substituted onion powder in place of the soup mix, and used 1/2 cup grated mozzarella. This recipe is fantastic!!!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

This is a wonderful sugar cookie recipe. After having made them in the past and having them come out flat, I truly loved this recipe. I made sure to roll them out about 1/2 inch and also used 1-1/2 tsp. of vanilla. I also used my mixer instead of mixing by hand.

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

These cookies were very good! I would probably lean toward rating them a 4-1/2. My 8-year-old son said they were "delicious!" I did not read through the reviews before I made them. I will probably freeze the peanut butter cups next time before I make them. Am planning on taking these to a cookie sale later this fall. Thanks much--they are wonderful!! I got 32 cookies out of this recipe--I must have made the cookies a little too big!!

Fresh Cherry Crisp

This was great!! I made a few modifications according to what others said. I didn't have enough frozen cherries, so I used frozen blueberries to have a total of four cups fruit. (I will have to try the cherries/peaches combination someone suggested.) I also did not use the shortening in the topping, and did not use all the topping that was suggested. Before I baked it, I sprinkled a little sugar/cinnamon mixture on top. This was absolutely one of the best crisps I have ever made, and will definitely make it again!!

Italian Beef Hoagies

Excellent!! I used 1-1/2 pounds of sirloin, so only needed one-half amount of water and one packet of Italian seasoning. After slow cooking for 8 hours, the meat shredded so well! My hubby loved it, and will definitely be making this again!!

Cashew Avocado Chicken Salad

Wonderful!! I didn't have any bacon cooked or avocado on hand, but it was still very good. The dill really adds flavor. Am really looking forward to making it with the bacon and avocado!!

Baked Potato Dip

This dip was very good--took it to bowling for food night and very little came home with me. I too added a packet of ranch dressing and also some drops of hot pepper sauce to give it some heat.

Hot Bean Dip

Excellent bean dip!! I put mine in the slow cooker and added a bit more hot pepper sauce to add a bit more heat. I also added a full package of taco seasoning.

Peanut Butter Balls III

Fantastic!! Made these this weekend. Sent some to school with my children and their friends told me how good they were!! I did add about 1/2 cup of additional peanut butter to make it easier to mix.
