Chantal's New York Cheesecake
I made this and it the taste is very nice. The only trouble i had was their was a big crack down the center when it was done. I am going to try and cool it slower next time and i am going to cover it with a bowl while it cools in the oven.

Vegan Brownies
My vegan cousin loved these. I put the dry ingredients in jar for Christmas and made a tag for the wet ingredients and she loved them. She wanted me to fill the jar again.

Kiwi Jam
This came out great. My classroom of kindergartners loved it. They thought it looked like frog eggs.
