Carla's Fruit Dip

I made this yesterday and served it with assorted fruit. I was good enough to eat on it's own! I followed the other reviewers by using strawberry cream cheese and adding crushed pineapple.

Peanut Butter Cocoa No-Bake Cookies

These were awesome! My only change was adding 1/4 cup Karo Syrup (this helps the consistency, so they don't crumble as easily). They taste just like back in the day!

Chicken Noodle Casserole II

I thought the onion was a little overpowering. I added garlic and crushed black pepper. I think it's missing something, kind of bland. Instead of using butter crackers for the topping, I used crushed up foccacia crutons. they added a lot of flavor, and I wished I had put a layer of them in the middle.

The Ultimate Brownie

These were really good and simple to make. I wanted to make brownies and didn't want to have to go shopping. This recipe is made with ingredients normally in your pantry. They were a little rich (dark chocolate taste vs. milk chocolate) for my taste. I would recommend making a fudge frosting and serving with milk or vanilla ice cream. They were a hit at my house.

Bacon Pie

This recipe was pretty good. I would recommend spraying PAM before adding the ingredients into the glass dish. I used cut up sausage patties instead of bacon, and it was yummy. It has a strong onion flavor too.
