Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
Fabulous. Have made this twice in a month - husband loves it and so does everyone at work - yum yum. Skipped the corn though - everything else the same. I put the chicken breast in frozen - came out fabulous.

Crisp Oatmeal Cookies
I also used butter instead of shortning. I recommend doubling the recipe as it does not make enough. Another tip is to use the Reynold nonstick aluminum foil, line your pans instead of greasing them - much easier to remove the cookies and less clean up. Next time I'm going to use butterscotch chips like my grandmother used to do with her oatmeal recipe. Simple, easy and fabulous.

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
I made this a few days ago and I modified it, not much though. I changed the sugar to 1/4 cup and used teriyaki sauce instead of soy sauce. I boiled it up to let it thicken and then poured it over my cut up chicken breast in large chunks, broccoli, match stick carrott sticks and thin sliced onion in a foil oven bag and baked it on 325 for about 45 minutes to an hour. Served it over thin spagetti. It was to die for. Great recipe. Thanks.
